Sanitary pads and health books distributed in Airoli on Women’s Day. On March 12, 2023, Zep Pratishthan marked Women’s Day by distributing sanitary pads to women in the Airoli tribal area, accompanied by health guidance from their team of doctors on maintaining menstrual health. This initiative is part of Zep Pratishthan’s ongoing commitment, supplying a three-month stock of sanitary pads every quarter to women in Airoli, Mulund Dumping Ground, and Pali Raigad. Additionally, under the “Ladies Library” initiative, books on women’s empowerment and biographies were distributed to enrich the library established by Zep Pratishthan. The event was supported by dedicated members including Deepak Salagre, Rupali, Priya Kamble, and others. Special thanks were extended to the generous donors who made this initiative possible.

Q3 Sanitary Pads Distribution Drive

Quarterly sanitary napkin distribution at Mulund Dumping Ground for 50 women, The drive also provided health guidance and snacks for children. On September 30, 2023, Zep Pratishthan conducted its quarterly sanitary napkin distribution drive at Mulund Dumping Ground, providing a two-month supply to 50 women. The initiative, part of Zep’s ongoing commitment to promoting women’s health, also included snacks for children and health guidance on menstrual care. The drive was supported by dedicated Zep members, who ensured the women received essential supplies and education, reinforcing the organization’s dedication to improving health and hygiene in underserved communities.

Guru-Purnima-Health-Camp

Zep Foundation’s “Triveni” initiative at Bhimadri Vidyalaya in Karjat provided health check-ups, mental health guidance, and fire safety training to 120 children on Guru Purnima. On the occasion of Guru Purnima, Zep Foundation organized a comprehensive “Triveni” initiative at Bhimadri Vidyalaya in Karjat, focusing on health, mental well-being, and safety for children. The event involved a health camp where nearly 120 children received medical check-ups and were registered for future health camps. Additionally, a mental health camp guided children on emotional regulation, while a fire safety training session taught them how to protect themselves in emergencies. The initiative, supported by school teachers and Zep’s team of doctors and experts, also included the distribution of books to 9th-grade students. This multifaceted program underscored Zep Foundation’s commitment to holistic education and well-being for the students.
